Fit as a Farmhand Challenge

My fitness goals for this year are:

1.  To exercise daily, even if for only 15 minutes.

2.  To lose ten pounds by the end of the year.

3.  To gradually change our eating habits to more healthy and natural foods.

Goals one and three apply to the entire family.  I’ll update weekly.
