Rod had to work yesterday, so the kids and I worked on 4th of July printouts and watched Liberty Kids. When Rod got home we ate hamburgers and corn on the cob. It was Kaitlyn’s first time eating that, and she loved it. It doesn’t get dark here until around 10 pm, but we weren’t going to wait that long and we started our fireworks at 8:30.

42.) A man who works so hard, and then comes home and makes special memories for us.
