Baby Names

This week I’ll be 15 weeks pregnant.  This means that I’m about at the stage where we can find out if we are having a boy or girl.  We always like to have the name picked out before we know the sex, so that we can immediately call the baby by its name.  Yesterday, I made asked Rod to sit down and work on a list with me.  Here’s our list so far:

Boys:

Caleb
Elias
Jared
Joshua
Nathaneal
Peter
Zacharias
Aaron
Wyatt
Blake
Brice
Braden
Grant
Peyton
Quinn
Tristan

Girls:

Hannah
Joanna
Julia
Emily
Juliet
Emma
Faith
Gabriela
Grace
Abigail
Isabel
Joy
Juliana
Kristen
Lauren
Callista
Claire
Annabel

What do you think?  Any favorites?

If The Baby is a Girl> Hannah Bohannon would be fun feefiiannen the song hahah same with Joanna Bohannon How about Faith Ann or Sarah Ann after Marlene or Sarah. For Boys Quinn ??? middle name ???? or Caleb William after John John But back to Girls name I always wanted Sarah to name Lizabeth Hannah Lynn…So excited to have another Baby in the family BTW Yo Daddy prays every night for ya all & calls the baby FRED hehhehehhahahahh

I think Kristen sounds nice with Kaitlyn. Maybe even Kristen Marlene Bohannon. Sorry, I keep hoping. I like Caleb and Zach. I’m sure any of them will be just fine. I remember when I was expecting Joe I wanted twin girls. I was going to name them Helen Alleen and Devon Marlene. Instead he became Omer Joe after both of his grandfathers. Of course, there was never a question of what Rod’s name would be. He was named for Danny’s best friend who died while he was in high school.

    Hi Melissa!! 🙂

This is what I used for my timeline!http://www.charlottemasonhelp.com/2009/07/our-historical-wall-timeline.html

Basically we just add things that are important or that we read about. We also add things in from other subjects other then history…like the artist we are learning, composer, or Biblical people/events too! 🙂 I just have Annie draw the person/place/etc and then I help her label it. We then hook it onto the timeline with paper clips. I have two strings stretched across the wall and black construction paper A.D. & B.C. letters in front. Very basic & simple.

HTH! I’ll try to post a picture in the coming days of ours for reference! 🙂
